I had just a few sessions with Sara Sladoje, but they were immensely helpful. .... (my daughter) would have dramatic meltdowns and crying fits, ... Her breakdowns were becoming disruptive at school and my husband and I were at our wits end at home. Sara had specific ideas for dealing with Julia’s meltdowns, and she helped us develop concrete plans for dealing with bedtime, and frequent tummy pains (from an emotional standpoint). She also helped us develop a plan for blood draws, which had become traumatic for Julia, and I was amazed at how well it worked ...Sara also shed a lot of light on what it means developmentally and emotionally for a young child to go though these types of treatments. If you need emotional support for your child or your family, I’d highly recommend her!

- Becca, mother of 5 year old daughter, diagnosed with JDM

Alison and Sara provided a relaxed and comfortable environment in which we could share our thoughts and experiences. I felt supported and encouraged by the group and am so happy I joined. I realized quickly that we are not alone as mothers; that other women are experiencing and feeling very much like you are. It is so important to have support during this time and I would strongly encourage new mothers to join this group.
- Alex , mother of Leo 7 months

GRASP Group is a great program for meeting people who have the same interests and experiences as new moms. It’s great to talk to women who understand the challenges of this life change and are open to talking about it.
- Shannon, mother to Sydney 8 months and Will 3 years

GRASP Group brought the world of color to our preschool community, and we all took away fantastic, practical tips to try at home (and even in the classroom). ...We cannot thank Sara and Alison enough for their fun, warm, candid suggestions.
