TESTIMONIALS
Alison is a first-rate therapist who pays extremely close attention to everything discussed and is able to effectively draw insightful analysis through tie-backs and correlations to my earlier statements and overall history. From this I was able to quickly learn reasons for the behavior and the actions to better manage these circumstances. Alison was always extremely prepared and thorough in our sessions not to mention she has exceptional listening skills. As a result, she kept our sessions very focused providing me with key takeaways from each meeting. Thank you, Alison.
- Male client, age 45
We were referred to Alison a little over a year ago while at a serious crossroads in our relationship. Our disconnection had become so strong that neither one of us had confidence we would be able to stay together. In working with Alison, we were able to identify the issues that had stunted our ability to communicate and show love toward each other. Alison carefully and patiently helped us each to recognize the love in our relationship, and change the behaviors that often created hurt and confusion. We are stronger than we have been in our 10 years together, and almost certainly would not be in this position if it weren’t for the work we have done with Alison.
-Gay Couple (mid 40's)
I started seeing Alison at a time in my life when I felt stuck and not sure which direction to move forward in. Talking with her really helped me view things from a different perspective and over time my jumbled thoughts started to loosen. Alison helped give me confidence and helped me realize which direction I wanted to move forward in. From our first session, I felt comfortable opening up with Alison. She has been extremely helpful to me and I highly recommended her.
